Nathan Phillips is a results oriented mortgage professional with over 15 years of sales, marketing, and lending experience. He majored in communications and management at Georgia State University and served as a reservist in the United States Marine Corps from 1985-1993, serving in Desert Storm during that time. Having been a loan officer and sales manager in the mortgage industry since 1998, Nathan has gained the expertise to find the best mortgage programs to meet his client’s needs, resolve issues, and close loans in a timely manner. He considers his previous clients his greatest asset. Nathan receives referrals from previous clients, financial planners, real estate agents, builders, closing attorneys, and other loan officers. He has developed a reputation as being the mortgage industry’s “go to” guy. Nathan also serves as the Vice President of his local business networking group which provides him with contacts in many other service related businesses.

Nathan and his wife Cathy have been married for 20 years and have 5 children. He is active in his church and community and coaches his children’s sport teams and is a member of the American Legion.
